From the minute I arrived at Saint Pierre, it was clear that everything, from the table settings and the service to the food and wine, is thoroughly thought out, perfected, and scrutinized from all angles. And all of this pays off – dining at Saint Pierre was like listening to a well orchestrated gastronomic symphony: my only gripe would be that the service is perhaps a little stiff at times.
