Good buffets are about good value and great variety. Serious restaurants stress quality, amazing spread and lets creativity be a part in the experience. It's a hard mix to satisfy. Yet Minori, a Japanese buffet restaurant in the heart of Singapore, UE Square, comes close to bridging the gap.
The all you can eat buffet ($33++ Adults, $21++ Children) offers 13 main categories of dishes you can heartily sink your teeth in. From Sashimi(raw fish), Makimono (sushi rolls), Yakimono(grilled), Ippinmono(appetizers) to Gohan(rice). Minori offers more than 100 delectable choice dishes at a snap of your finger. Favourites like sugi, tako, silky shake and uber smooth hamachi satisfies your cravings for raw fish while the yakitoris massage your palate with its char-grilled sweetness.
Though not the first in the scene of Japanese buffet dining in Singapore, Minori certainly does not disappoint. If you have to ask me for a recommendation, Minori is it.
