Heading the culinary team is Chef Osvaldo Forlino, who joined il Lido Italian Dining + Wine Bar a year ago. He will be transplanting the best of his one Michelin-starred restaurant in Piedmont, Italy to Singapore. Joining him are his wife, sister, two daughters and cousins, all eight of them - are uprooting themselves and bringing the best of Italian dining to Singapore encapsulated in a restaurant the likes of which has never graced Singapore’s dining scene before.


Beppe De Vito the owner and managing director is a well-known face in Singapore's food and beverage industry, with over ten years of experience at the helm of some of the best restaurants and bars in Singapore, having previously created the renowned Garibaldi Group of Restaurants and the most spectacular venture though, is right now, il Lido Dining & Lounge Bar at the Sentosa Golf Club, arguably the most stylish Italian restaurant with the best views in Singapore. When he launched the il Lido Luxury Yacht as a mobile dining venue, it was a first for Singapore.
