I had the opportunity to finally set foot inside The White Rabbit after the hype over this place that i read on papers and word of mouth via friends & I'm glad they did not disappoint me. I love the place itself especially the deco and settings as it felt so cosy and warmth probably due to the fact it used to be a chapel, but they did a great job in maintaining its structure and all.
The food was simply yummy! As was with a group of people, i managed to savor different type of food from their Brunch Menu. I personally had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and HEAVENLY is the best word i could describe this! I love the fact that the smoked salmon wasn't saltish at all as i've come across quite a fair bit of smoked salmon that was overly covered with salt, but this one itself at The White Rabbit was perfect! I also love the fact that the muffin was crispy enough. The whole combination of crispy muffin, smoked salmon, poached egg (with the full yoke still intact) & cheese was superb! And ooh when the first slice of this Eggs Benedict, the yoke that oozes out was WOW. A definite must try for people who can't get over Eggs Benedict found in Aussie, here you've got it right at The White Rabbit!
I've also managed to try the specialty, The White Rabbit Mac & Cheese and love this loads too! Macaroni & cheese lovers, you'll fall for this! I give this dish 9 out of 10, the missing 1 point as i felt the sauce combination they had for this was a little weird but overall, sinful! Pasta lovers should also try their Wild Mushroom Pasta! I myself am a pasta lover and am picky about it too, however after tasting their wild mushroom pasta that's with some cream sauce, it's really good. Their cream sauce is fabulous and makes me drool for more!
Overall, food was superb, deco was great, service was prompt and friendly too! Price was a tad pricey but hey it's The White Rabbit! You want to have good quality food, you gotta pay for such price. On the basic, i will definitely head on back here for more yummy food and this time I'll probably try their dinner menu.

Surely, the minute you walk into such a charming place, it sets your heart aflutter. ambiance +10, adrenaline +3 (also because i was afraid they would turn me away as i only arrived at 2.15pm)
The brunch menu, though not extensive gave some very interesting choices for lunch Hunger +9
Selection: (sorry i forgot the name of the dishes)
Spinach Salad - don't expect popeye food here, the spinach is firm and well tossed in a light vinaigrette and sprinkled with aromatic pine nuts. The flavor from the spinach and pine nuts makes this salad so tasty! the speed with which wolfed it down made my mum proud. sparkle to eyes+8
Eggs Benedict w Ham - It surely is hard to find Eggs Ben in singapore, and this is the sole reason why i came to TWR in the first place. It surely didnt disappoint and it's as good as what a good hearty Eggs Ben should be. *i must say that the ham was a tad bit salty for me. satisfaction +9
Pancakes - SOOOO Pretty!! the prettiest, fluffiest pancakes ever presented to me. Fresh fruits, cream and the loveliest, yummiest and most aromatic honey I've tasted! endorphin+8
TWR Mac and Cheese- the is by far the most expensive Mac and Cheese ive ever eaten. BUT I've never ever eaten MnC with truffles. The flavor was interesting but not all too weird-out. Its a nice twist to good-ol Mac and cheese, so M&C lovers should try this out. *another interesting thing about this is that it left a gritty taste on my tongue after that, which is slightly unusual for me.
Uniqueness +9
Grilled Salmon - Salmon was none too fishy, light and melt in your mouth. The sauce resembled some vinaigrette (lol sorry if i bastardized the very sophisticated sauce withmy lack of vocab) which i thought was a refreshing taste, paired with the salmon.
approval +7
Pine and berry fruity drink. Ooohhh lovely! zest+9
To conclude, I left, a very happy woman, with an empty pocket, tightly packed bulging stomach and a lovely glow from food nirvana.
